Privacy policy
We keep this simple and honest. Here is what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated July 2026
Pets Bubble cares about your privacy as much as we care about your pets. This page explains, in plain language, what happens with any information you share when you visit petsbubble.com. If anything here is unclear, please write to us and we will happily explain it.
The short version
We collect very little. You can read almost everything on this site without giving us a single detail about yourself. When you do share something, such as your email for our newsletter, we use it only for the reason you gave it and nothing more. We never sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
Information you give us
If you join our newsletter, we store the email address you enter so we can send you the plan and occasional updates. If you write to us, we keep your message and email so we can reply. That is all you ever need to hand over.
Information saved in your browser
When you tick items on our checklists, that progress is saved right inside your own browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data will clear it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we gather basic, anonymous details about how our pages are used, such as which articles are popular and roughly where visitors come from. This helps us write better guides. We may use cookies and similar tools to do this.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies are tiny files that a website stores on your device. We use them to keep the site working smoothly, to understand what readers find helpful, and to show ads that help keep Pets Bubble free.
We work with Google, which uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites. This is standard practice across the web. You are always in control. You can manage or switch off personalised advertising through your Google ad settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services on the Google advertising policies page. Many browsers also let you block or delete cookies whenever you wish.
Affiliate links
Some of our links lead to trusted stores. If you buy through one of them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking these links may pass a simple, anonymous tag to the store so they know the visit came from us. It does not reveal your identity to us.
How we protect your information
We keep the little information we hold secure, and we only give access to the people who genuinely need it to run the site. No method of storing data online is ever perfectly safe, but we take sensible steps to look after what you share.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email, and your address will be removed. You can clear checklist progress by clearing your browser data. You can manage cookies and ad personalisation through your browser and your Google ad settings. If you would like us to delete a message you sent us, just ask.
Children
Pets Bubble is written for adults caring for a new pet. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Links to other websites
Our pages sometimes link out to other sites, such as stores or trusted resources. Once you leave Pets Bubble, their own privacy practices apply, and we cannot be responsible for how they handle your information. It is always worth a quick look at their policy.
Changes to this policy
As the site grows, we may update this page. When we do, we will change the date at the top. We encourage you to glance at it now and then so you always know where you stand.
Questions about your privacy? Write to us any time at hello@petsbubble.com and we will be glad to help.
